Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your generated retirement speech, tribute letter, or LinkedIn post. If you are not satisfied with the output, we are committed to making it right in accordance with the terms set out below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund — Within 14 Days.

If you are not satisfied with the generated retirement speech, tribute letter, or LinkedIn post for any reason, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, no questions asked. MilestoneScribe reviews requests and, if approved, submits the refund initiation through Paddle.

After 14 Days.

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate delivery of the generated content, refund requests submitted more than fourteen (14) calendar days after the purchase date will not be accepted. We encourage you to review your content promptly upon receipt and to contact us before the window closes if you have any concerns.

Paddle Merchant of Record.

All payment transactions and billing are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. The final processing of all refunds is handled by Paddle and is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Partial Use.

Reviewing or editing your generated content does not waive your right to request a refund within the 14-day window. However, evidence that the content has been delivered at the event or published publicly may be considered when evaluating requests that appear abusive.

Abuse and Misuse.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine, in our sole discretion, to involve abuse of this policy, repeated requests, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Refund Finality.

All refund determinations are final from our side, subject to applicable consumer law and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at milestonescribe@wordsbywtm.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Your email must include:

  1. The email address used at checkout; and
  2. The order number provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email.

We will review your request and respond within three (3) business days. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund through Paddle's platform.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the refund is initiated, depending on your bank and Paddle's processing schedule. MilestoneScribe has no control over the timing of your bank's processing.
